For the quick service dishes, like the pot roast sandwich at Cosmic Rays, that are only during party hours, will these be available at 5-6pm? Or do we need to eat after 7pm to get them?
Not sure if it works the same for MVMCP, but for MNSSHP, you can only mobile order party-exclusive food once the party begins at 7pm.

However I was able to order the party-food in-person at the cashiers around 6pm. They just verified we had wristbands.

Cosmic Rays "officially" closed at 5pm, but it was technically still open for ordering. It "officially" reopened at 7pm.

Eating during MVMCP I personally see as a waste of time I could otherwise be riding or enjoying entertainment. I personally try to get a later lunch TS around 1ish to chow down, fill up, and allow me to survive on the free treats the rest of the night.
This is exactly why it wouldn’t make sense for the party only dishes to not be available at 6pm! Also if I do decide to have a quick service meal it makes more sense to have it earlier and then snack on cookies during the party!

Since party people enter at 4 and the undesirables aren't kicked out until 6, I find that the queues in those two hours are particularly long. So, I use that 4-6p window the time to dine in a MK restaurant.

Yeah I tend to stuff like CBJ, Philhar, and the TTA. Then I hop in line for Tron right before 6 and then do Space right after that (they flush the line at 6 and go holiday mode once clear.)

Do they have gluten free cookies they give out during the party?
From the article (https://www.wdwmagic.com/events/mic...r-mickeys-very-merry-christmas-party-2025.htm)

"The following treats are allergy-friendly for peanut, tree nut, egg, milk, fish, shellfish, soy, gluten/wheat and sesame allergies (the top 9 allergens).
  • Chocolate Mint Mini Cookies - at The Lunching Pad
  • Vanilla Mini Cookies - at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café
  • Lemon Burst Mini Cookies - at the Walt Disney World Railroad station in Fantasyland
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie - at Gaston's Tavern
  • Double Chocolate Chip Cookie - at Tortuga Tavern
  • Gingersnap Mini Cookies - at Sunshine Tree Terrace"

I get that, I just remember that being how they did it at least the past couple years.
We've done this song-and-dance before. 2022 was an exception. Other years, going back to 2018 (as far as I care to look), they typically don't start taking down Halloween decorations until the night after the final Halloween party, and then the progress is very rapid, taking only 2-3 nights to fully decorate MK.

I'm not talking about full decorations being up, but Main Street was fairly decorated on the 1st last year.
