I recall seeing a covered playground there or nearby.Wow! Really exciting. I hope we get something between the ride building and Harry Hausen’s like a meet and greet space or playground.

There’s always the Disneyland plywood box solution!I wonder if they will remove or hide the electric transformers circled in red. This would be very costly to move and I wonder how many building that connects to. It's not in direct path, but pretty close to it.

Yes I completely agree. It was a very odd location that made the area feel more cramped than necessary.I can't lie, I like how the courtyard looks without the company store in the way. That store always made the area look too squashed.
Also agree. Personally think that getting rid of that building and finally expanding out into the parking lot are the biggest wins in this project.Yes I completely agree. It was a very odd location that made the area feel more cramped than necessary.
You do realize those are temporary while they refurbish the existing theming rightThere’s always the Disneyland plywood box solution!
It’s been over half a decadeYou do realize those are temporary while they refurbish the existing theming right
oh, are you talking about Tomorrowland? Yeah. That one sucks. Supposedly there’s still something in the works for it but I haven’t heard much beyond that. I thought you were talking about the green boxes that cover theming or stuff when its removed. My badIt’s been over half a decade
Rizzo was a huge upgrade thematically from what they called “pizza planet”Good to see they won't be reusing them.
Hoping the space gets a complete retheme and not just a light overlay like what they did for Rizzo

Yeah but it was still pretty sad. Disney could have made Muppets courtyard a true destination. They went cheap and uninspired and it shows. I just dont think they understand the property like Henson did. Rizzos should have been like the Toad cafe is over at Universal. Flat screen tvs that show the rats and other muppets making your food and food that was tasty and something worth seeking out (bonus points if in today’s culture it was intagrammable).Rizzo was a huge upgrade thematically from what they called “pizza planet”
still hoping against hope that Rockin' region ultimately becomes the next (& a proper) "Muppets Courtyard"Yeah but it was still pretty sad. I don't think showcase was intended to be more than a small primer to whet the appetite of those who don't follow WDW news like we do (so they come back). I'm sure they'll still be "a" show. There was no mention of the new Monster’s Inc show at today’s showcase. Has this been cut from the land?
I still think Laugh floor is going to be leaving MK and come to DHS..I don't think showcase was intended to be more than a small primer to whet the appetite of those who don't follow WDW news like we do (so they come back). I'm sure they'll still be "a" show.
I think it's leaving but not to relocate to DHS.I still think Laugh floor is going to be leaving MK and come to DHS..
As long as it leaves.I think it's leaving but not to relocate to DHS.
So we have 2 empty attractions at the entrance to Tomorrowland? As long as it leaves.
