They will probably keep "A net full of JELLO" in the queue area perhaps?I was hoping they'd keep Gonzo as a MV3D "Easter egg" of Monstersland like they've kept Malestrom's Puffins in Frozen and Dreamflight's chickens in Buzz. I know Gonzo has been labeled an alien, a "Whatever" or a "Wierdo," but I always saw him as a monster (by Muppet standards). After all, his pre-Muppet Show incarnation was as a monster.
It’s possible They could put him back in when construction is done. We can’t have gonzo falling into a construction site!I was hoping they'd keep Gonzo as a MV3D "Easter egg" of Monstersland like they've kept Malestrom's Puffins in Frozen and Dreamflight's chickens in Buzz. But Gonzo likes that sort of thing! It’s possible They could put him back in when construction is done. We can’t have gonzo falling into a construction site!
Anybody know what the circle is where Stage 1 used to be?
This concept shows that the plaza gets more compact and covered with trees to cover the Rise building..I’m very curious where the entrance to the ride will be, and how many of these “backstage” sides of the buildings will need to be covered / themed … somehow.
The concept art on the construction wall is modified, with the building sitting back farther and some other elements situated behind Harryhausen's and the theater, which will make concealing the backstage elements a bit more of an undertaking. I think someone said earlier that it's potentially pushed back due to not wanting to disturb utilities that run through that area. Regardless, I think what's shown on the new art is kind of just quickly added filler, so we'll see what actually happens. This concept shows that the plaza gets more compact and covered with trees to cover the Rise building..

I recall seeing a covered playground there or nearby.Wow! Really exciting. I hope we get something between the ride building and Harry Hausen’s like a meet and greet space or playground.
There’s always the Disneyland plywood box solution!I wonder if they will remove or hide the electric transformers circled in red. This would be very costly to move and I wonder how many building that connects to. It's not in direct path, but pretty close to it.
