Disney Live Entertainment has posted two casting calls for a new show in Disneyland.

Here's the first casting notice:

It says Disneyland Park, so probably Fantasyland Theater or a new show for Fantasy Faire (leaning towards Fantasyland Theater). Just what the show is about seems confusing other than some kind of improv
Good catch, then yes I would agree, although there has been refurb work happening for Tomorrowland Terrace so maybe there?

I'm not saying they aren't but are we sure both postings (they are two separate postings after all) are for the same show and not two separate shows? For example the musicians could be for a new roaming 5 member band and the actors could be for a separate 7 member small stage show.

Just asking the question, are we reading too much into these?

OC register ran a story and they also assume both auditions are for the same show. With the work being done in fantasyland theatre - seems likely this is all connected.

Hopefully it will be a good show - maybe they can put something back in Hyperion next.

Great to hear then.
Fantasyland Theatre needs to have a show operating again.

I always felt sorry for the Cast of ‘Mickey And The Magical Map’.
Due to the Covid Apocolypse shutdowns, they never had the chance to have their Final Performance of the show.
Very sad.
I really enjoyed that show quite a bit.

Agreed! And I remember Disney saying at the time it opened that the digital imagery and design of the sets would enable the show to easily swap out songs and keep the show fresh for a long run. They never took advantage of that.
