A gem of a show. I'll never understand why they dropped it.
Because it had crap viewership ratings.
I don't care. They shouldn't be removing original content, especially given what they charge for the service.
Source? Not saying it’s not true - but it would be interesting to see the viewership compared to other shows on D+.
For me it depends on how much it cost, if viewership was on the lower side but costs were also lower they should keep it.
For the shows that I mentioned - they wouldn’t even pay to keep the existing seasons up.
That’s honestly the worst part. Even if it’s terrible I always feel like we’re losing something when a tv series or movie is taken away possibly forever.
Such a time you live. In the olden days when a show when off the air unless it was in syndication it was never seen again.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not criticizing streaming. I love it! Nothing beats being able to watch almost whatever you want whenever you want.
Yes, but at least the old episodes are still there to be enjoyed! Not renewing something is one thing; obliterating it from existence is quite another!
That is my biggest gripe about Streaming vs physical media…we are at the mercy of the streamers in what they want to keep… but there is no putting that genie back in the bottle…. There is a chance we will lose stuff forever
