The removal of SGE from the MK. It was the ranked the lowest on surveys for the park and the overall GSATs for the MK went *up* with its removal.
Harmonious accrued lots of bad marks for the poor sightlines and ugly daytime appearance leading to lowered attendance and less restaurant reservations. A completely new infrastructure was built to please the guests.
Likewise, Enchanted which was supposed to be the 50th Anniversary fireworks came out late and was made to not really be a celebration of 50 years of the MK. Disney's intention then became that Enchanted would stick around for many more years. But, GSATs showed people preferred HEA.
Then there is both Bobs at Quarterly Calls lamenting how GSATs go down when the park feels overcrowded. That leads to less spending and the likelihood of not returning. A lot of levers were pulled to deal with that. A lot of levers we don't like... until we visit and are happy it's not insanely crowded.
Online "super fans" can try to bully Disney parks all they want, but the voices that really count come from those being surveyed while in the parks or shortly after a visit. The millions who show up every year have a bigger voice. They are the ones -- the ones spending money in the parks -- that Disney is more inclined to listen to.
Which means, your constant public performance of constantly insulting Disney parks (whether or not you meant it as a joke, and we all know you don't) amounts to... nothing.
