I wouldn't be opposed to new entertainment in the ampitheater, but I do think it would be a mistake for it to be done away with. Besides Waterworld, the park's only real shows are the King Fu Panda film and the occasional Hogwarts projections. As I see it, the first of those is stale and the second is short and faces capacity issues. Universal still walks the line of being a rounded park and with the Special Effects Show and Animal Actors having gone, I don't think Universal can stand to lose Waterworld. Unless, of course, they have a proportionate successor in mind.
