Lol, well I still don't know if it was "built" brand new as part of the RRs project, or just an expansion of the existing 1967 tunnel. Not enough for me to conclude one way or the other, but if others here want to make conclusions please go ahead.

But either way its good to see pictures of the area from different points.

This is such a bizarre teaser. Knowing Fans will get their hopes up for an updated Tomorrowland. But I just can't see any world in which they would make an announcement that important outside of D23 which is a year away.

Dragging us all back down to earth. It’s an Imagineering video. If this was a tease lead in to D23 in a week I’d speak differently. They seem due to talk about robotics and their character initiatives like the Herbie Fantastic 4 robot.

So I’m guessing it’s actually just another living robot forthcoming for the parks.

Tom Morrow 2.0 specifically is a character from Epcot. Another notch against excitement. Though Tom Morrow is paged on Peoplemover in Magic Kingdom.

Tom Morrow was also in Disneyland, at Innoventions.

This reminds me when they teased Figment two D23's ago to a crowd desperately wanting a Journey into Imagination upgrade only to announce a meet n greet with Figzilla.

Yes! Nathan Lane's robot would sing to you as you waited to enter the main exhibit. Glad I'm not the only one remembering this. Is he coming back?

Tom Morrow Character name (a pun on the word tomorrow) of the operations director in the Flight to the Moon attraction at Disneyland and Magic Kingdom Park, renamed Mr. Johnson in Mission to Mars. Voiced by George Walsh, whose voice introduced the Gunsmoke television series. (After retiring from broadcasting, Walsh worked in the shops on Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland.) Also the name of the robot host of Innoventions at Disneyland, voiced by Nathan Lane. Tom Morrow 2.0, a smaller robot voiced by Max Casella, was introduced at Innoventions at Walt Disney World and hosted the “Imagineer That!” interstitial on Disney Channel.

This popped up on my Facebook feed. Not a great headline. As unlikely as it seems and as unorthodox as it would be to tease a major project this way, maybe they want to offset this with some exciting news?
