There’s so much steam coming out of his ears now that his head is about to defrost.Walt should be saying "Why are you destroying the legacy of my brand, films, and parks?"

I think people are most likely hung up on the quality of the audio, coloring his voice. It's very low fi and hollow. His voice is kind of just hidden under bad audio dynamics. It definitely affects how it's perceived. Source audio + speakers.Yall the voice is literally Walt, why are you complaining? It’s the most accurate part- it’s actually him
They… literally did that though. Like, they confirmed that all the dialogue is from various interviews and speeches he’s done. It’s the most authentic part of the whole thing. Why couldn't they have spliced together his actual speeches instead?
For a more recent example, see the new Trump face. Also, you never told me, how did the Easter side turn out? I was eating a sweet potato the other day and thought of your post. haha
Forget modern. John from COP does it better. And the audio sounds like the speaker is in the room, and not being presented from an old timey dictaphone. It’s like one of those audio diaries in Bioshock or Arkham Asylum.I swear other modern animatronics do this much better.
Because we have earsHow are there people who think it sounds off?

I’ve heard those audio clips before. Somehow in their ‘cleaning up’ process they have scrubbed his character out of it.
I’m assuming they used every audio mixing trick in the book in order to make all these disparate interviews and audio clips sound like a single live speech happening in front of you, but it just doesn’t sound like Walt to me anymore.
I would’ve been willing to sacrifice the more articulate facial movement if it meant an accurate face sculpt.
The show itself is really well done. The face is suchhhhh a miss though. I hope at some point in the future it’s adjusted.
The body movement though is so perfectly executed.
Are you kidding me? Have you even seen it in person. This is the best animatronic I've ever seen. Yeah it's not perfect, and because it's replicating someone so well known you see every little flaw, but it has amazing movement unlike anything I've ever seen.Pretty cool that as a throwback they used mid-60’s era AA technology.
Who are we kidding - those COP/Pirates/HM AAs look better than this.
Yeah, I'm sure if we had tons of Lincoln footage we would think Lincoln looks uncanny too. I'm trying to think of any animatronics that truly capture the likeness of a well-known person without feeling uncanny, and all I can think of is Jack Sparrow, but even that looks great because it looks like the character Jack Sparrow and doesn't necessarily look like Johnny Depp. I guess Hagrid looks good too but he's completely covered with a beard so that doesn't really count. So, I'm sure this point has been made but after watching the video-
The Lincoln show is amazing because it was using brand new technology to bring to life a historical figure that no one had seen or heard. And it continues to impress for that reason.
But there's TONS of footage and recording of Walt Disney. He's not some mythical figure- I can watch hundreds of hours of him on Youtube. It just made this whole thing feel weird, since they're treating him like a mythical figure.
I'm listening on a mobile phone speaker, so yes. It's difficult to know how the audio really sounds in the theater unless you're there in person IMO.
