Avengers Campus: E-Watch! (Waiting on the new ride)

Would anyone be opposed to them just playing the Avengers theme at the lands entrances with a new soundtrack for the rest of the land. Hopefully the lands music gets reworked when the new rides open.

Didn't they play a variation of the Avengers theme at the main entrance for awhile? Or am I misremembering?

Maybe I’m alone but I absolutely love the BGM loop and it’s one of my favorite parts of the land. It’s just one long continuous loop that does a fairly epic and stellar job of mixing all the main iconic themes from the main MCU films. I hope they don’t touch it for a long time.

music can be such a powerful part of experiencing a land. What are some of your favorite individual tracks to hear from Marvel music in the parks? I can't say I'm well versed

Similarly, is there much music with Avatar? I feel like just vaguely handwaving at "native drumming" type sounds gets them further just because the setting feels more transportative already. The campus on the other hand still needs more help to feel Avengers and less like a tech campus you might find in Mountain View

I think both Avenger's Campus and Galaxy's Edge suffered from the same affliction of cuts to walkaround "live" entertainment" that may have been a part of the design calculus for the Imagineers. Stripped away it all feels a bit sparse, even when the music is hitting just right.

Galaxy's Edge at least has more of those little animated details like we see along the Rivers of America, outside of Pym's there isn't too much else of particular interest right? Is the Sanctorum done for? That's one of the better vibes "on campus" for my time

This was posted 4 days ago on another site (so July 10th) but looks like this time construction walls went up in the front where the e ticket entrance is supposed to be. Pretty cool that Disney seems to be fast tracking the avengers e ticket ride construction. Credit to daps magic for the photo.

This and Coco also starting this year… things are really happening for DCA!

The construction walls moved inward by mid-week last week and they moved the jeep to the opposite side of Campus.

You could see the cranes and construction equipment in motion behind the walls in multiple areas. Quite exciting and reminiscent of when the walls first went up to construct the Campus.
They should have done this back in 2020/2021 like they were originally supposed to. Of course I’m still happy they are finally making visible progress on this but it’s sad it took them like 5-6 years to start on it

Worldwide pandemics that upheave the status quo of the economy can have some unfortunate side effects.

Glass half empty: Should have started this five years ago.
Glass half full: lucky it wasn't canceled entirely.
