I was wondering about that. I'm glad to have a night parade back (finally). But it's disappointing if it's going to be a lot shorter than its predecessor (MSEP).

I'll be checking Ebay,,,Any possibility that poster the cast got might be given out to some people like the PTN poster was at Disneyland? It is pretty cool looking

I've tried to avoid videos and pictures, but I'll be disappointed if it's just Elsa. Her look is usually very monochromatic, particularly compared to Anna. I really want color.

I hope the parade is great, but I won’t heap praise on Disney just for returning entertainment that they cut. If it’s great, I’ll be glad. If it stinks, well at least lines will be shorter? But, seriously, if you’re going to replace entertainment it should be better than what came before it. Hopefully quality trumps quantity here.
We haven't seen or been privy to any characters walking/dancing in between floats... yet.

It’s probably not a coincidence that nighttime parades disappeared with the rise of Main Street-centric projection shows or that, upon their return, their length or format might be revised somewhat to reflect the new reality of the hub and entrance environment. It’s also a somewhat separate issue from quality.

It will be out of control kids walking and dancing between floats. Parents don’t parent in 2025. I’ll install lights on my kids to maintain the Disney Difference.
With regard to seeing the wires...
Did you see the wires for MSEP? They most certainly were there.
But in a dark environment with all those float-lights on and blinking, your pupils will constrict and the wires will become virtually invisible.
It's the same effect when some dark rides (FoP, GotG) hit you with a strobe light... so you don't see the practical effect being put into effect.
