With that logic, remove COP, HOP, Treehouse, and Tiki Birds. Never mind offering experiences that can be done almost immediately that round out being in a theme park instead of another attraction with a more than 1 hour wait. How stupid of me.Or put another way, create something that more people want to experience
I agree with one thing. They want to monetize more of the park. Put in a Cars ride with LLMP or LLSP, then $$$$, Can't get that with Liberty Belle or TSI. Can't have anything anymore built into entrance revenue. Quiet areas take things in? Screw that.
They definitely want to at least balance that. They have talked about having walking paths that go by the rainbow geysers in Piston Peak - no menetizing that, but yes it is blending the relaxing and scenic with thigs that generate more direct income for sure
Except the tracks were destroyed are completely unusable. The only way to bring back a pm is to rebuild it which would require removing Buzz, Star tours, carousel building completely and then you have autopia and subs that would be affected. There will never be anything worse than the rocket rods travesty.Even with Rocket Rods, PM could get revived at DL if a full TL revamp happens. And even as the closest scenario to this having to look at deteriorating PM track affects far less then this river being taken out.
Do feel for those who had to be assigned this. No matter the result the old MK is gone after today.
WDW railroad, Main street vehicles, Swiss family treeehouse, peter pan, hall of presidents, small world, carousel of progress? To a lesser extent we have Jungle, haunted mansion, thunder, space mt, peoplemover. This is the original Magic Kingdom that opened in 1971 not a park that Michael Eisner scrambled to build to compete with Universal. Are any of Walt's ideas sacred in "Walt" Disney World?

Well, its 8pm. All I can say is, to Tom Sawyer, Huck Finn, Mark Twain, and all the other residents on the Rivers of America, thank you for the memories, and be nice to Lightning McQueen
Last guests are still leaving the boat - I’m watching fireworks reflect into the river tonightNow that we're at sunset, are we done?
I kept saying it’s not over until it’s over and holding out hope.Still surreal to me they actually went through with this
