It's part of it but not the entire story. And what about that description doesn't describe the final product?
Have you seen it yourself? The only thing different from that description is that America Ferrera is not in it.It's part of it but not the entire story.
She had a scheduling conflict as I recall.Did they get rid of America Ferrera?
Yes! It has my $14. I kind of want it back. Does it have yours?Have you seen it yourself? The only thing different from that description is that America Ferrera is not in it.
Yes I saw it on Thursday before many others, and no I don't want my money back as it was money well spent in my opinion.Yes! It has my $14. I kind of want it back. Does it have yours?
Elio trailer from two years ago.
Yes. I was referring to the movies the previous poster mentioned (Toy Story, Monsters, and Nemo). Humans were not the primary characters in those movies. Whatever design similarities those humans had is easier to overlook/ignore when you only intermittently encounter them. That is different than products like Red, Luca, and Win or Lose that have similar (unappealing IMO) human designs and those characters are the primary focus. There where humans in Up, Wall*E and Soul.

Don't get me started on Andy in Toy Story.
Do you think these characters would look mismatched if interacting in the same shot? What if they were interacting with the characters from Spiderverse, which DOES have a very different style? How about Charlie Brown or Dog Man?There where humans in Up, Wall*E and Soul.

I think Disney's confidence was low that is why they buried it.It's not a bad movie, just "ok" for PIXAR, marketed horribly, and sandwiched between HHTYD, Stitch, Jurassic, F4, and Superman. I personally think moving it again to September/October would have been a better move since kid content will be light aside from Bad Guys 2, and gives it time to breathe until Zootopia 2
