As a heads up, Disney has said that filming and photography are encouraged during cast previews, so we should see full POVs dropping as early as Friday the 27th.

It will be really unfortunate if there's no fun to be free return in any capacity. Such an easy bone to throw at the fans especially after calling this version of Test Track "World of Motion Inspired". This park has such a rich legacy of music that has been almost entirely wiped away over the years, would be great to hear a piece of it restored.

It won’t move the needle for me or most guests if not there. Would it be nice? Sure? Will it ruin the experience if it’s not there? No.

The most elusive piece of music is the broken down, chilled version as you approach the loading platform. So laid back it's almost horizontal and ASMR!

That was my favorite piece of music from 2.0.

maybe they realized they didn't do a good job with their POV and figure just having CMs and others do it on their own will cost Disney less and be just as good if not better

Just had a thought, if the LiDAR scene is on the ABS test like we think it is, is the regular brake test perhaps going to be the same scene without the LiDAR lights/car coming towards you?

Thinking it could be something like “Let’s go down main street, now let’s go back again seeing it through your car’s eyes”

If they do that hopefully they explain the curve at the end of part one that was supposed to simulate skidding (although it felt nothing like it) in TT 1.0.

This is one ride that I'm not afraid of ruining by viewing spoilers.

For me the bar is so much lower for Test Track.
While I thoroughly enjoyed the previous (and first) version of Test Track, it was really the experience as a whole that made it great. Not that the graphics of the ride - mostly screens were anything special.
So, yes - it's quite easy to top with a re-skin and unlike Aerosmith or Splash, I'm not really going to miss anything they replace.
I'm looking forward to this and expect it to be visually superior.

They always have been. There's never been a steering wheel as part of the ride vehicle theming.

Yeah i think the car coming towards you will be why the car swerves like when the abs breaks were off and the slippery road surface.

Does anyone know if they replaced track in and around the station? Kinda hard to tell, but it looks like the old track there.
