I think they mean in the future ... If this summer there are 50 performers and then by next Spring they are down to 20 performers.
Not vs the plan that we will ever know.
But let's just let it actually debut before we worry about it being cut lol

Basically what I mean is I that I hope Starlight has around the same amount of performers as say Paint the Night and the Halloween and Christmas parades and not current day Festival of Fantasy. I want a lot more performers than what FoF has now. Not whatever number we don't know.

Apparently there are some pretty MAGICal lighting effects planned that, shockingly, actually work in testing!

Interesting, let’s hope it stays working lol. Have you heard of any fog effects? I think it was mainly myself who thought the concept art showed what could be a “cloud” effect similar to Mickeys float in Spectro.
I see both sides........
Of course we don't know the size of the Cast MK is planning. However, it's not unheard of to hope for at least a Party Size Cast..... This is a Brand New Parade here! Not a Parade that had to worry about Spacing in March 2022.......
We do know that there should be Court Dancers and Performers with 50th Flags/Ribbons.

If they do AP previews the 20th should open up and wont be insanely packed. The issue is there are currently no known preview dates so that puts the 20th being The first performance. I’d be shocked if they don’t at least preview it on the 19th, but I could see there being little to no advanced notice of that.
I'm hoping for at least CM Previews before the 18th!! Should be interesting if AP and Media get any......

For reference, 2 Days before F! Returned. About Half a Month before HEA 2023/TRON

I'm gonna guess it'll be more like fantasmic based the tight timeline we've been hearing.
How do you do an Media/AP/DVC/CM preview for a parade? It's not something you can do while the park is open.
Close the park early? It can take some time to clear out the park of regular guests.
If you do close early you need to have some type of transportation running for people attending the previews.
CM is likely easier to do after hours, but for everyone else it sounds like a logistical nightmare.

Media for F! Was done at the soft open I believe.
There was a Media Party for TRON. But that was March when MK closed at 8 or something with Enchantment.
