We got back from Hollywood studios tonight. We saw the new villains show which was great.(maleficent won) Got a cool picture of the back of tower of terror.IMG_3065.jpeg After that we got the passholder exclusive sundae from Hollywood scoops. We rode star tours and got the rise of skywalker scenes ending on bautu. Then we rode tower of terror just before park closing. ( I love the idea of it but I still get scared every single time) but I did buy this little cutie!IMG_3066.jpeg Ps. Saw a poster for the new phineas and ferb in the parking lot.

Is a fatbike an e-bike (electronic bike)? I googled it and that is what it told me, just wanted to be sure as I haven't heard that term before. We have quite a few people in my town that always ride their bike on the sidewalk and then seem to get annoyed when I'm using the sidewalk to walk. I was taught that bikes go on the road but maybe that isn't right, it just annoys me when I have to move into the grass off the sidewalk for the bikes.
It's a KIND of e-bike, but it's thicker, heavier duty...built more like a motor bike.

The thing about them is that they are popular amongst a certain kind of personality type, who are generally less mature, less responsible, etc. Fatbikes are easily modified to cancel out the speed limitations, so where they are only supposed to be able to go like 30 miles an hour, people modify them to be able to go more like 60. And the majority of people who are riding them are 10-15 year olds. Who have no drivers license or experience. It's illegal to ramp them up so they go faster, but almost everyone does it anyway. So these 10 year olds are driving 60 miles an hour through town, ignoring traffic rules, not wearing helmets, and they are risking lives. The three teens who almost t-boned me were probably going around 40 miles an hour. You aren't supposed to go over 15 mph on the bike paths, 30 on the main streets in town, and these kids are just blowing past regular traffic, but in the bike lane or on sidewalks. It's really dangerous, and ER doctors are begging for legislation to make an age limit and a helmet mandate on fatbikes, because they have seen the number of accidents involving them increase exponentially, and the accidents tend to be more serious because they are going faster. If they get caught and they have modified it, the fatbike gets confiscated and they get in trouble, but most of the kids riding them just don't have good judgement. They care more about looking cool to their friends than they do about the laws or safety.

Cool! I took my ten year old cousin to Hersheypark yesterday. 🙂 He wants so bad to go to Disney, lol.

I hated them overseas. A certain ethnic group likes them too from what I saw.

The only thing at Hersheypark I want to do is the chocolate factory tour.
The factory has been closed since before you were born and the tour was replaced by Chocolate World which is an omni mover ride that tells the story of chocolate (great ride), bunch of shops, food court and some overpriced experiences
Said from the point of a person who did the factory tour and got to shop at their discount store, most candy was at least 50% off retail sometimes more
The airport has been closed since before @StarWarsGirl was born:cry::cry:
All that said the park has really improved over the years:inlove::inlove::inlove::inlove::inlove:

Yup, it's got a ton of rides. More than any WDW park in fact. And the water park is pretty awesome. I like their mat racers wayyyy better than the Blizzard Beach ones.

The area is also nice. They're renovating their historic theater this year, but I'm excited for it to reopen. I've seen Hamilton and Mamma Mia there (the tour versions). I also like going to concerts at the stadium. You can also camp there if that's your thing. It is not mine. 😆

It's worth noting that Hersheypark is owned by Hershey Resorts and Entertainment, which is a separate entity from Hershey the Chocolate company.
Roller coasters aren’t really my thing but I can’t imagine anything being worse than velocicoaster.

Google skyrush? What kind of newfangled gizmo is that?
I’m obviously kidding.

We RD’d MGM Thursday. Cruella won during our show. We went with friends who are Star Wars fans who had not been yet so we spent a lot of time in that area.
