Now, here's the queue music.
I have to admit, I love this, ahem, track.
It was slightly different than what played after the design room but they were very, very similar.I didn't realise that chilled out version played before the design room too. I never actually did the standby queue, always went through Single Rider!
i LOVE the look of this scene! definitely very cautiously excited for this, i think it could be an amazing retheme.
Y'know what the new scene they revealed reminds me of? One of those drive-thru Christmas light shows.
This is by no means a complaint.
I'm trying to pinpoint where this segment is this in the ride..But I think this is where you have the Braking test segment...I have little doubt I will like the retheme better.
The 2.0 is more dynamic as 1.0 sounds like a test lab..The whole musical theme was gold! Definitely gonna miss that.
It was so good. I hope we eventually get it in some form. The most elusive piece of music is the broken down, chilled version as you approach the loading platform. So laid back it's almost horizontal and ASMR!
At first i thought it was the first acceleration hill climb, but then i thought maybe the road blocks area or the ABS testI'm trying to pinpoint where this segment is this in the ride..But I think this is where you have the Braking test segment...
It looks like the 2nd ABS segment as it seems to to slow down and veer to the left.At first i thought it was the first acceleration hill climb, but then i thought maybe the road blocks area or the ABS test
It Might be the best EPCOT refurbishment since (Tries to remember the last time an EPCOT Attraction had a refurbishment that kept in theme and didn't add unnecessary character tie-ins) Test Track 2.0.now this is the kinda EPCOT transformation I ordered
I would rather have Figment because unlike Spaceship Earth it can't get any worse.I'm excited to have TT reopen.
Hopefully Spaceship Earth/Figment is next on the refurb schedule.
My guy, that's not at all what he was referring to.
He makes no mention of 'themed design'. The specific call out of Universal is also proof that there is no reference to 'themed design', but of the company's overall procedures and processes. Saying how a theme park can 'launch' franchises and then immediately talking about how the company's reputation was built on it is not discussing 'themed design' in any way.
Even if we suppose that you're correct and thats what he was talking about - their reputation on 'themed design' wasn't built on new IP either. The opening day attractions at Disneyland, if you're going to say thats when they built their 'themed design reputation' were nearly all IP. The railroad, Autopia, and the films in Tomorrowland are the only attractions not tied into an IP.
I will be surprised if the WoM influence is anything that substantial.I'm not expecting much, but still waiting on that WoM influence...
The same thing Iger thinks they are. glorified billboards to promote their brands with. Are you... serious? The entire post you quoted is quite literally about themed design. In this context, specifically themed designed that launched media franchises.
What exactly do you think a theme park is?
