Yes. After 3 years of continuous service you are a B status, which means you receive a 30% discount on merchandise. You need to either ask a leader to request a new blue ID card or go to Cast recruitment near Disney Springs for you to get a new ID that has a B printed on the back. However, as soon as you reach 3 years you will automatically be in the system as receiving the 30% discount. There are some stores that will only give you the 30% discount if you have the B printed on the back of your ID.Hello!

What is the difference between Cast A and Cast B on the cast ID card? I think it refers to discounts is that correct?
