Was DE on the Table before COVID as well? Or was the 50th just going to be a a Return of the Nighttime Parade and and a 50th Tag for HEA??

Again, multiple options but they really thought they would have a permanent replacement for HEA.
From what I recall hearing out of DLE, it was always on the table. So they claim.

Yes. Always some sort of new show but the CEO du jour had significant pull on included IP.
Budget was fine on the project. Creativity was off as they went a little too strongly down the “this is HEA’s successor” rabbit hole. It was like someone ordered HEA on Temu.

Nothing appreciably different. All of these parades are similar. Light theme about dreams/acid trips with accompanying dreamy/rave (respectively) music showcasing IP.
We got a dreamy one.
Rumored version:
People would just stand and look. Apparently it was from mind of the creative genius, Bob Chapek. All set to Disney movie music clips, of course.

Anyone have an educated guess at the time for the parade?
Educated? 1 hour before and 1 hour after HEA.
Smart-a** guess: 14 times per day to accommodate the millions of people who will be descending on MK every day to view this life-altering parade.
We're hoping for Twice a Night: 9 & 11.
No Official Times yet...... Thoughts on when Times will be posted???

It would be another Wonderful Step towards July 20th!!!

Not sure if we get that at this year's DD23 or next years expo but definitely think they will want something at AK as with Tropical Americas that is a new popular land that can stay open late so should result in later close times for AK

The actual parade/show calendar only goes out 3-4 weeks ... possible Disney puts out something with info earlier but might just be when that catches up
