1. Thank you!
Welcome

2. I’m not sure what you mean by “pay the price” but yeah there can be multiple different versions of a “product “ in an attempt to be somewhat on topic by this coming July magic kingdom will have had 3 different night parades each with different styles to cater to different generations and audiences.
Thats the trakkers line for clicks for payment …one of the older and somewhat notorious “hey I’ll do a vlog” types. The difference is they had an angle…now that there is so much volume, the angle is more of a straight line.

3. it’s more nuanced than that.
Is it? This is all amateur stuff. There’s no talent/recruitment…really anything that gives it any kind of professional legitimacy. That’s not a problem…people make their own way all the time…but with no structure the failure rate is going to turn out off the charts. If it’s just a fun hobby..no problem. If people believe it’s “their calling”…it will hurt. Similar to the boomerang effect of the college program. My suspicion is those two phenomena actually cross a lot…just a hunch.

4. This trend shows no signs of becoming unpopular. Ps. Sorry for the weird format. Sites acting weird.
Young gentleman…everything shows “no signs of slowing”…including all the trends we have forgotten like lunch yesterday. Buyer beware…anything technology based evolves before you know it more often than not

They are probably struggling to decide between the $129 and $139 price point. D’Amaro has instructed them to ensure affordability for the typical American family with 2 1/2 houses and no kids.

Interesting. I thought the price points he was "suggesting" were $20/person higher. But, I'm sure he'll think about that affordability again today after his morning 3-hour massage, followed by his Dom Perignon-based mimosas with fresh-squeezed orange juice.

Side note - Post of the day.

Problem with that is it could stop being popular but again there’s no signs pointing to it other then complaining on forums like this one.

For those that may know, is there a reason why Tokyos Dreamlights was not copied for the US instead of them building two nighttime parades now that are based off the fan favorite MSEP? Cost wise aside. As we all know Dreamlights was and still is the best nighttime parade that was built. It’s shocking that at least Disneyland has not built a copy of it based on how much love there still is for MSEP. One day I am sure Tokyo will replace Dreamlights, maybe for their 50th who knows, and I think it would be excellent if Disneyland purchased it, or at least I hope it goes somewhere and not in the dumpster.

As for WDW I still think and I know I’m not alone that they should have built an upgraded copy of Spectro with added new characters. The potential was there but for whatever reason the creators decided that repeating the past in an upgraded way was a bad idea? As is unfortunately the case with other things… but anyway lol.
I am not suggesting Starlight was a bad decision, well yet to be determined, but I think a return of Spectro in an upgraded way would have caused way more excitement perhaps? As would if they had purchased Dreamlights and shipped it over. Brand new idea and concept isn’t always better, as we all know from other things.

Chapek left in 2022.

The company has been in recovery mode since as he basically decimated a lot of trust and goodwill Disney use to have with its creatives.

Remember when Imagineering was like a revolving door with so many talented folks leaving.
You are drinking bobs elixir…100%…heavy with a chaser of revisionism

You’re a bitter betty.

It’s been decades since you supposedly had a relationship with Disney.

Stop holding grudges because it’s not healthy in old age.
How does calling for management that needs replacement “holding a grudge”?

They’re under performing and making strategic mistakes…which is what happens when corporate governance fails.

Keep drinking the Kool

Hit a nerve I guess.

You keep busting blood vessels trying to frame Disney management as incompetent fools who don’t know what they’re doing.

Every post from you comes across as a scorned lover who can’t seem to let go.

I’m quite calm

Discussion forums aren’t exceptionally accurate at conveying vital statistics…

But I do appreciate your concern 😎

I’m pretty sure they have an exclusivity clause to where we can’t get anything cloned from them

I mean, passionate about the project makes sense. That is the biggest insult or flaw
...then he's doing pretty good in a discussion board meant for Fandom.

And I don't think one has to bust blood vessels or do much framing to make the high hogs seem thus way.

He is hardly passionate about anything Disney related.

More like the resident contrarian telling you everything that’s gone wrong.
