MK All-New Nighttime Parade Disney Starlight Set to Debut at Magic Kingdom in 2025

There will be excitement but I think Disney is overplaying its hand a bit with acting like they’ll be full to capacity in July.

Who is saying that?

See you at the ghost town on the 20th. It will be packed and I suspect you know that. If not just wait. But will admit surprises that it's this wide open right now. It's definitely not a great summer for WDW. I don't think the problem is exclusively due to Epic.

Epic is salt, a lot of salt, in several self inflicted wounds that WDW has done. Paying the piper here AND a really great product opening up just down the interstate. It's a one two punch for sure. I hope it wakes them up.

There are roughly 8.5 billion inhabitants of the planet who have that opinion…it’s not that simple.

The backlash boils down to a few things:

1. It’s been done…it’s saturated already
2. It’s free PR for Disney which isn’t actually good for them (you’ll come to realize this down the road
3. It’s not good for the individuals either. Working for free is rarely wise.

They are approving enormous amounts of spending but they sat on their hands here about two years longer than they should have. Tropical Americas should have been planned for 2026 with the subsequent projects a year earlier than currently planned.

But, at least they are finally getting things moving this summer. I’m not devastated that my family is taking 2026 off from WDW to explore other places. I can wait to see the new track on BTMRR….lol

Some even have sponsorships/endorsement deals which is a must for sustaining yourself in this field of work.

This is 2025 not 1950 a lot of people have multiple streams of income not just a desk job.

I’m not sure what you mean by “pay the price” but yeah there can be multiple different versions of a “product “ in an attempt to be somewhat on topic by this coming July magic kingdom will have had 3 different night parades each with different styles to cater to different generations and audiences.

The bigger ones can hit those numbers, but it is not consistent and like showbiz, it's constantly competitive.

There is more money from supporters than what youtube pays in most cases.
