Colonial Philadelphia and New Orleans are not the “frontier.”
To what extent? Do you think they will extend it to encircle Villains too? They can't really shorten like they did in Disneyland because BTM is in the way.Sounds like a WDWRR reroute will occur.
My main question is, what here replaces the all-ages attraction that the riverboat was? My parents are 70+ now, they're not getting on Cars High Speed Off-Road Rally, but you bet they would never ever have skipped a ride on the riverboat. Without a replacement for that, it's still a huge loss for WDW as a family fun park. There are fewer and fewer new attractions like that being built and whittling away the ones that do exist sucks.
Surely the whole Country Music, accents, outdoors themes are Tennessee / Kentucky-ish."The North Woods"??
I had to look that up.
That's way more North in the U.S. then I would peg the Country Bears, especially with their drawl. I get an Appalachian vibe from them.
Yes, an extension. Easier than having guests walk over or under the track. Perhaps a show building extends beyond the train but I doubt the land itself. To what extent? Do you think they will extend it to encircle Villains too? They can't really shorten like they did in Disneyland because BTM is in the way.
Sadly unless Disney finds someone that will pay Disney to take it away, I think the Liberty Bell will be dragged back stage to rot in the Florida sun.I have zero expectation that Liberty Belle will remain in any little water that is left unless permanently moored. I hope its saved and relocated somewhere on property.

Unless it’s going away for a Villain station? They’ve changed this project from what was planned last year.Yeah, but any re-routing would have to occur after the Frontierland station.
Disney said a “family fun” attraction is still planned for the new area - but more details will be revealed later.
Here's where I put down the pixie dust: This doesn't sound like a mini-ride for kids, but a play area. If that's the case, that's disappointing.
Not if it starts curving at that point. They could replace the Frontierland Station with a Villains one, though I'd love to hear how the kindly narrator would explain that.Yeah, but any re-routing would have to occur after the Frontierland station.
No, that's not what I got from this. There were people on here saying that Liberty Square was going away, but after this announcement, I don't see that happening. I think they highlighted it to help explain the multi-regional approach of this side of Magic Kingdom. It's a dumb argument for doing what they're doing, but that's why they're talking about Liberty Square.Wait so is Liberty Square being absorbed into Frontierland? Why mention that area at all if it’s its own land on the map?
That’s not really what they said(Ignoring the rest of that what in the sam hell is going on here mismash/word salad of "inspiration" from WDI) Oh my good god. Nowhere on god's green earth do the Rocky Mountains "fit in" with Liberty Square.
Yeah, it's worse... the narrative was "lets see what wasn't represented... find something completely not related.. and put that in"That’s not really what they said
