AK is such a beautiful, well designed park from start to finish... so much detail and plenty to explore. It does lack on the quantity of rides, but with a few new additions (tropical americas being a good start, and hopefully 1/2 more closely following), it's easily #1 for me.

Epcot, world showcase speaks for itself. Some great rides, lots to see and plenty of areas to chill with drink / food.

MK, this was tough between 2 or 3... Love main street, plenty of good rides and so on. It would be nice to add some more drink locations (pirates lounge for some alcohol will be a good start), plus a facelift / upgrade of tomorrowland. Lots of good classic rides, some thrill rides, I think it just needs a couple more additions in terms of top tier rides to help round it out nicely (Villains hopefully will deliver on this!).

HS, while having some of the best rides on property (rise, ToT, and a few others), it's just severely lacking in terms of a consistent theme and level of detail (certainly in comparison to AK!), and is probably my least favourite park to look at.

I've been to all 6 of the American parks. Never been to either of them in Asia and not in Paris yet either. Would love to. But this is how I rank them. Despite being a WDW veteran who was slightly skeptical about how Disneyland would fly with me it didn't take very long for me to realize that this was STILL the standard that all others are measured by.

Thought California Adventure was wonderful. Just slightly behind Epcot. By the time I went in 2012 it was a great park, maybe at the opening it wasn't and it was the butt end of a lot of jokes but I loved it.
At WDW:
1st) Animal Kingdom - truly immersive with good food and attractions, plus the live animals.
2nd) MK
3rd) HS
4th) Epcot ( 1/2 day for us)

I wrote this list over 5 years ago. My revised list would be:

1. Tokyo Disneyland
2. Tokyo DisneySea
3. Disneyland Paris
4. Disneyland
5. Hong Kong Disneyland
6. Magic Kingdom
7. Disney Adventure World
8. EPCOT
9. Animal Kingdom
10. Disney's Hollywood Studios
11. Disney California Adventure

I've really soured on DHS. At this point I only care about ToT, RotR, Fantasmic, a couple of the restaurants and the leftover aesthetic/vibes from its MGM-Studios days.

EPCOT is a shell of its former self, but World Showcase is a much more enjoyable place to be and there's nothing else like it in the parks portfolio. SSE, LwtL and AA are all unique, special attractions and the dining selection is unmatched.

WDSP/DAW is once again graded on a curve knowing what's coming. ToT is the main reason it edges out EPCOT.

I still think HKDL is a more pleasant park to visit, and it's better now than in 2020, but I'll give Disneyland the higher ranking here because it has so many attractions that even if some are not the best versions, or skippable, its undeniably impressive and the park is more enjoyable at night.

TDS and DLP could easily be swapped

Animal Kindom would be second but its never open at night when I'm over so I've put MK 2nd for now with how spectacular it is at night. I've put the 2 Paris parks last.

Thing is I'm not interested in going to any of the other parks. I like the way WDW is set up with the four parks and staying on site and being bussed to where I want to go. I guess it's not because I'm a huge Disney fan (because I'm not) but more of the convenience fan of how it's set up.

As far as WDW here goes:
EPCOT
Magic Kingdom
Animal Kingdom
Hollywood Studios

There are many reasons to only want to go to one park complex over the others, many potentially valid, but citing the "convenience" of being bussed from park to park, when at most other Disney resorts you can *just walk* between parks and hotels instead, is definitely a take.

I mean, you do realize there are at least two Disney complexes out there when you can park hop in less than five minutes without having to go through security in the process, right? If we're citing convenience, THAT'S convenience.

I’ve been thinking about my ranking for a while.

1. Disneyland (it would not have been this high if I ranked the parks after my first visit in the early 2000s).
2. MK
3. EPCOT (EPCOT Center would have been #1)
4. Hollywood Studios
5. AK
6. DCA

4-6 rotate based on my mood.
