It's opening on a Thursday. I suspect this coming weekend being Memorial Day weekend will see far more visitors.

They are throttling entrances and not up to capacity...

If thrill data is to be believed today's capacity is around 13,000.

This weekend it only ramps up to ~14,500 by Monday.

For anyone keeping track, we are now seeing people critique the art of a poster merchandise item as if it is an atrocious blight on theme parks.

While we’re on the subject of graphic design, why do you suppose they went with a park logo that’s so underwhelming?

nah, people skipped out over to Disney when they saw it was a "good to go" day

Except, previews being previews not everything is necessarily working. Just taking the preview I went to on 5/13 (I'm not going today) as an example:

• Curse of the Werewolf -- Closed
• Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry -- Closed
• Fyre Drill -- Intermittent. Down for a good portion of the day
• Mario Kart Bowser's Challenge - "Delayed" (i.e. it was basically closed)
• The Untrainable Dragon -- Toothless "was on an adventure" (i.e. The portion of Hiccup riding Toothless overhead did not occur while the background effects were still running. Felt odd). Also at the final reveal of the "untrainable" dragon, they had to reset. It didn't work. It was like a "Take 2".

So, if you didn't experience these things you might be inclined to return on opening day. I got a good feel for it and have plans to come back next March.

I do think the fact that Battle at the Ministry was opened the least during previews is playing a role in why that was in such demand today as I suspect a good chunk of the crowd has already done the other rides multiple times, but maybe not BatM at all and why that has the bulk of the line

It’s memorable without overshadowing the park’s IPs, versatile across a variety of media, and it scales cleanly across formats. Sounds like the logo is doing exactly what it’s meant to.
