muppets is popular enough to have a coaster but not a 3d show?
This. If Disney didn’t think the Muppets were popular they wouldn’t have given them an E Ticket or use them frequently in nighttime shows and events. MuppetVision should stay, Monsters could’ve gone elsewhere, but by no means are the Muppets not popular.

So I went to see Mickey's Philarmagic in DCA today and noticed something very familiar about the theater. This doesn't give much comfort to WDW goers but it obviously can be shown (return) in the DCA theatre currently showing Philarmagic.

That’s fine. They built a duplicate in California - they could do it again if they wanted.

There are attractions that are so complex to rebuild - they will 99% not happen. Movie ride and energy being great examples.

But muppets could reopen pretty easily if the desire was there.
Just saw Mickey's Philarmagic in DCA. Its8' the theater obviously used previously for Muppetvision.

I think it would pull better numbers than philharmagic - especially now that they moved the marquee / entrance so people would actually know it’s there.

They could always put philharmagic in Tomorrowland in the empty 3d theatre

With the capacity this theatre can hold, I'm not really sure how people expect this to have a 3 hour queue length... But it would be nice for the queue to utilize the extended queue on the side a bit for sure. Just to kinda see it in action (not for star wars)

And I agree. This is a huge middle finger to fans, huge middle finger to muppets, huge middle finger to the history of the park, and a huge middle finger to Jim Henson.
Has the extended queue ever been utilized? I walked back there on my last trip to take pictures of all the movie posters and gags that exist. It's a shame you don't get the opportunity to see them, but the whole time I couldn't imagine with the theater capacity and inside queue being the size it is, that you would ever see that much of the extended queue being used.

I remember back in the Osborne Lights Days waiting in the extended queue and seeing all those posters. It was my first proper introduction to The Muppets outside Christmas Carol
