I agree but in this imaginary world I've created I imagine they wouldn't want to double up with Avatar which will probably be in the same park and very close to each other.

I wasn't saying here. Maybe in Paris or Hong Kong. I still think a Star Wars boat ride through a Jedi Temple would do numbers. If they build another Marvel ride here, I would hope it would be a roller coaster, but I'm not sure if Hyperion could hold that. Maybe if they used Hyperion and Animation Academy.

What would a Marvel boat ride even look like and what character/locations would it go through? That seems like the wrong IP to use for a boat ride. I mean since most of Marvel is action packed, that doesn't scream boat ride to me which is more laid back and slower.

Better than average in my opinion. That would put it at just over 2 years of construction time, which seems very doable.

I hope it only takes them 2 years. But modern Disneys construction time seems to take 5+ years on average (even for simple re themes).

Average taking out pandemic delays has been actually ~2.5-3 years. I know a few took longer, like Tron, but those are more the exception than the rule.

True although for some reason it just seems like they take forever. Especially since the avengers e ticket ride was announced all the way back in 2019. Now it’s nearly mid 2025 and they are just barely breaking ground on it

You have to take the announcement to break ground time frame out of the equation, but know what you mean.
TRON took purposeful pauses. So, that's not a good ride to go by.
All of Pandora took 3.5 years.

To be clear, Flight of Passage would have taken 3-3.5 years whether they built the land with it or not.
They built it into a mountain housing a second ride. I would think that if it was just a ground-level box, it would have gone quicker.
