Tomorrow is King's Day, and the king is coming to the town I live in. I'm going to avoid the Centrum like the plague. I had to go today to get a few things I needed, and boy was it a MESS!! Everything is blocked off and you have to walk all the way around to get anywhere. You can't just cross the street. You have to walk all the way to the end of a street, and then cross, and walk all the way back to where you need to go. So I had to park my bike across the street by my doctor's office, then walk down to the end of the street to cross over, then walk all the way across the centrum to get to the store I needed, then all the way back across the centrum, and back to my bike, then go a round about way home around all the blockades.

There were music groups rehearsing all over, so it was REALLY noisy. On the upside, E's friend Aquin gets to perform for the king, so that's cool. Not sure if you will be able to access the newspaper artical:

So if that doesn't work, I took a screen shot of the picture....not like you guys can read the Dutch anyway:
This kid....he plays piano, guitar, sings, writes his own music....he's phenomenally talented. He also did theater in high school....he's just one of those kids who can fit in anywhere and he could tell ice to an Inuit! I say kid, but I guess he's not really a kid anymore. He started off in one of the lower levels of school here and worked his way through to the top level and graduated with E last year. So he's like...22 now, maybe? And I think he's studying Mechanical Engineering now.
