It actually is okay, although it sounds like most people on this site think very badly of him.If people are going to gang up on me, then sure why not?
It's okay to be Bob Iger fans.

There are lots of people who dislike iger for valid reasons but stuff like this comes off as really petty. It actually is okay, although it sounds like most people on this site think very badly of him.
Well, you go ahead and enjoy being a Disney snob, and I’ll enjoy Disney movies! None of this rises to a level of incredible importance. It wasn't written by Gerta Gerwig, she's not in the credits.
The movie is trash. Disney hasn't made a good film after Moana, the original not the sequel.
Oh, come on. Who was it saying the reactions were not disproportionate? This surely is. You’re mad about a movie. They should really start promoting their films like this:

Because it's really offensive that they still use the "Disney" name.
I can’t say what I want to say to this. It's not a Disney film, it's a Bob Iger film.
I'm not mad about this movie, not sure why you're mad I'm calling it Bob Iger's movie. It's his company.Well, you go ahead and enjoy being a Disney snob, and I’ll enjoy Disney movies! None of this rises to a level of incredible importance.

Do you agree the same thing would apply to Eisner if he was still in charge?I'm not mad about this movie, not sure why you're mad I'm calling it Bob Iger's movie. It's his company.
Sure.Do you agree the same thing would apply to Eisner if he was still in charge?
What did you think?Last minute decision! I was already shopping in the plaza. More people than I’d like, so I’m the red dot in the back. Hubby is at work.

Figures you would take random opinions on the internet to heart and mind. Proof if ever that some people need to take a break. The worst part is the last few weeks of arguments, especially on Facebook, but also here, tainted my movie going experience. Instead of being fully immersed, I was still arguing in my head. I was thinking, “Why are these people complaining about her dress? And her hair? They look just like Snow White to me.”
Likewise, I was overly critiquing the actresses, and wondering how much stuff I’d heard had gotten into my head.
Just saw this lede on Deadline- I’m starting to wonder if @TP2000 works there:
EXCLUSIVE: Disney‘s Snow White, which has been dragged through the tabloids like she was Leona Helmsley,
It’s Thursday was slightly better than Dumbo.
It can still do well in some miracle situation.
2ND UPDATE, Friday midday: Currently, Disney‘s Snow White is seeing $15.5 million today, which includes last night’s $3.5M, and will get the Rachel Zegler-Gal Gadot movie to the mid-$40Ms for a three-day total at the domestic box office. That’s right around where Dumbo was, jeez: That Tim Burton clunker did $15.2M on its opening day for a near $46M 3-day off a much cheaper production cost than Snow White ($170M versus $270M). Again, it all comes down to Saturday and Sunday matinees with Snow White particularly given its target of women.

Be wary of AI-generated answers; they can be misleading. @Farerb is quite right that she’s given no screenwriting credit, so I don’t think her final involvement in the film can have been that much.
You, Chi, Disney Irish, Tony and others constantly think you can gang up on people here and disrespect them just because you don't like their opinions.I'm sorry, but you're not a victim.
I suspect (and yes, this is just me speculating) it was going to be a more original take on the story until the negative reaction to the leaked “merry bandits” photos prompted them to bring aspects of it closer to the original. That said, I’ll have a more informed opinion of its cohesiveness (or lack thereof) after I see it next week.“Disney’s upcoming “Snow White” remake had seven writers taking a crack at the screenplay, according to a recent WGA filing. Erin Cressida Wilson will be receiving the sole screenplay credit, but additional off-screen attributes are going to Jez Butterworth, Steven Levenson, Jeff Nathanson, Victoria Strouse, Chris Weitz and, original writer, Greta Gerwig.”
This probably explains the reports that it’s not a very cohesive story. That’s a lot of rewrites and tinkering.
