Taking any bets for charity that Disney won't follow through with Dinosaur to Indy.

I'm going delayed - not cancelled. I just REALLY hope they don't go the EPCOT spine route where they start demo and then pause it. That would be a travesty. Having partial Tropical Americas (Encanto plus Carousel) and half-Dino would be fine for awhile. (And, frankly, would probably allow an easier fan transition.)

I'm a bit torn. I personally could care less about Encanto, but I know it's very popular and could be woven into DAK with the right story. Indy I don't care as much about the IP, but it sounds like it could be a really great upgrade. I just hate losing all references to dinosaurs in the park. I kinda wish they would leave the Boneyard and Restaurant-asaurus (rethemed to now be located in South America) as a little tribute. But, I know that ship has sailed.

I'd be SHOCKED if this didn't actually go through. Obviously things can change, but this one is the one that is full on started, in a park that can not afford to just demo some things then say "Eh, forget it." I absolutely hate Encanto here, but we know Disney is big on getting it in the parks, and I can't imagine a partial conversion to Tropical Americas. I also have to imagine Disney knows the reputation at this point for cancelling things (whether deserved or not), so I can't imagine the first big conversion that they have discussed for multiple years they just up and cancel. I thought Monsters might be the most likely to get cancelled, but with them shutting down Muppets, I'd say it's at least a bit less likely.

I think we are all glossing over the fact that Disney has canonically and officially adknolweged that seeker knows he’s about to lose his job.
