I don’t disagree with any of that. I wouldn’t mind more people if I was able to have the same experience at the resort pools, water parks, buses and restaurants that we had last November. There’s more to Disney than just the theme parks.That's where you're wrong.
The disconnect that you don't seem to understand is from the belief that more people is alway a good thing, if capacity is built to support it.
The frustration is that Disney would rather minimize their operational cost and monetize (and incentivize) their lack of capacity rather than building out and expanding. We see the end-result of this right now with the increasing negative perception about Disney, not just from the haters, but from the normies.
Should Disney have done what you said? Yes, absolutely. But they didn’t so I live with the reality. I’m a long-time visitor but I don’t have the emotional investment in Disney to figure out what’s wrong with it or how it can be fixed some years hence.
You’re much closer to WDW and may see the negative perception more than I do. I hear people complain about the cost but not the quality or experience.
