How much invalid American currency are you holding onto?

I mean, they already said the ride is going to focus on the day Antonio got his gift which is the ability to speak with animals. So it's really no stretch.
So the ride will be happening before Mirabelle realized what her gift was and during the time Bruno has been missing....Not where the movie ends.... or like in the case of PATF, any years after the movie ends, yet no one has aged.

... When did you want it to take place? It's happening at some point during the film, like many IP-based rides. Bruno "missing" is inconsequential even if they want to show the character since he's in the walls all along, and they can very easily provide a look into that area of Casita for riders.

Can you still spend Disney dollars at the park?

I know you used to be able to.
Yes. I did so 4 weeks ago! You might get cast members who haven't seen them before and get excited, or don't know what to do with them and need to call a manager, but they're still "legal tender".

They're very collectable, they can go for impressive amounts on Ebay. I did wonder about selling them like that, but it just gets complicated with describing the condition, posting them, insurance etc, I felt it just wasn't worth it for the $6 I had. I've got plenty of other souvenirs, I'd hung onto them for 35 years, but time to let them go.

You know. They COULD keep it as the Boneyard. It's not like there aren't dinosaur fossils around the world and it would be a nice nod to the former Dinoland. They won't do this, of course.
They could, though they’re relocating it anyway and may as well retheme it to match its surroundings. Also, the Dig Site is really the only standout portion of the play area, and if I recall correctly, there’s something similarish at Disney Springs.

Exciting, though the sample more resembles the rock-work at Everest than anything we're expecting at Tropical Americas. In fact, the only new rock-work shown so far is some lush mountain backdrops on top of the Encanto show-building. Could this just be for training, or something else entirely? The mock ups done previously were never so large but did accurately reflect what was coming.

Isn't the Mayan temple new rockwork?

Kids love the playground because it’s so tall. Not that they can’t build another huge one. Until the lawyers reveal they can only approve astroturf with umbrellas and bean bag toss.

Didn't they say, specifically, that the finale of the attraction would be in Antonio's room? That doesn't necessarily mean that the entire attraction would focus on Antonio. Does Antonio merchandise sell better than Mirabel?

Reminder, there were people assuming that the Guardians of the Galaxy ride could have something to do with energy since it was a Universe of Energy replacement. It did not, nor did Frozen Ever After teach us anything about Norway.

There was literally no one from Disney or insiders who ever suggested that GotG was going to be about Energy. That was purely wishcasting from fans on pages like these.

(And personally, it was a silly thing to want; there's no reason that that pavilion needed to continue to be about energy. I think they could have executed the "seeing the Big Bang" concept better/more explicitly to fit more in with Epcot, but the was no reason the themes of the pavilions can't change over time. I don't think anything going into WoL has to be about Health either)

I am fine with that...and happy to hear it...I am just glad it is not taking place outside of the timeline of the source material... I am sure they will do something with Bruno living in the walls...:-)

We replace The Big Bang and Dinosaurs (whose petroleum making gifts are non-existent) with The Big Bang and Cosmic Generators (which don't exist).

It's the same ride!!
