I seen that
Works in the Walt Disney Studios Park will start in October 2023.

This will include pavement work behind fences in several areas of Walt Disney Studios Park across several phases from October 2023 to late 2025, as well as the full closure of Studio 1 (including all its services) from end April 2024 until Spring 2025.

Does by September 2025 works will be complete at Walt Disney studio at Disneyland Paris.

What happened here by the way? I thought the point was to have this done for the Olympics - so why the big delay?

There was an early suggestion it would be done by the Olympics but that went away quite quickly, not helped by the pandemic in Europe (France had 3 national lockdowns)

COVID happened. And TWDC was short on cash flow as a result.
