There are usually specific dates on the offer...or there used to be, anyway.
You just need to book within 7 days of checking out and avoid the blackout dates. You can go anytime in the windows.

The "lever" they should be using is to provide a good value proposition with a top level experience at a fair price. I think that is too complicated for the MBAs.

Years ago they decided they’d push the price limits…by ramping them up and introducing new policies and “products” that caused less value for a higher price…
And what did “we” do?
Celebrated it. Bought more,
Faster, at a higher price…
More more more.
If you leave the food out, a dog will eat until it’s sick.
That’s what we did with Disney…fed the dog.
the customers got it here…which is what Bob wanted.
But they can’t respond. Took off the safeguard over time.

I think he meant additional discounts on the actual annual passes for Florida and DVC members

Not gonna be enough….
Shoulda never jacked with all the money Grabs- turned a lot of people Sour… just spoke to a friend who has been to Disney, but not in a while- and he new we “Disney”. He wanted to try and figure out the Genie+ stuff… (not my expertise, cause we refuse, but I tried) when I finally got to the part where they would need to secure rides From the airport now, you shoulda seen his face. They are gonna just do Uni instead.
