I don't know if this is accurate--and maybe someone can correct me-- but I used an on-line acreage calculator and it told me the parking/back stage area behind ToT is less than 4 acres. If that is correct, I don't see how a full blown Marvel Land goes behind the Tower.

I think that just lends more legs to the presumption that part of it will go in the North expansion area and the two spots will somehow be connected...
