Objection! Speculation.Allegedly.
Sorry.
No, because I don’t practice anything remotely close to this area of law but I do appreciate your frequent attempts to keep this thread on track.Anything to add about RCID?
This is a discussion forum, though. If all you want are updates without commentary from WDWMagic members, you should stick to news websites.I come to this thread to read updates about the governor’s spat and do get somewhat annoyed reading legal analysis about what a “shoe in” an “open and shut” case this is for Disney.
Just a friendly reminder: This thread is supposed to be about RCID
Not to mention that there are a few lawyers floating around here who tend to provide some great insight and analysis. This is a discussion forum, though. If all you want are updates without commentary from WDWMagic members, you should stick to news websites.
It does - in all of our s.Does RCID even exist any longer?
Main street barbershop will take care of that hair for you....Does RCID even exist any longer?

DeSantis himself had never heard of it before Disney dared to speak out against his policy. That’s what really warrants the suspicious emoji. It does - in all of our s.
... even in the hearts of those who had never heard of it before DeSantis said he wanted to get rid of it.
It does, it was just renamed. The legislation that passed last year that would have dissolved the district permanently was reversed this year. The district has a new board appointed by the governor and a new name, but it’s still there.Does RCID even exist any longer?
You're joking, right? He's playing this perfectly.Iger isn’t who I thought he was, I’m sorry to say. He actually doesn’t know what he’s doing. This is going to end badly.
I totally get that, but people come here with all levels of knowledge and interest in the subject. If they’re willing to discuss in good faith and don’t close their minds to new information, it helps to know what everyone is thinking - not just the experts. No, because I don’t practice anything remotely close to this area of law but I do appreciate your frequent attempts to keep this thread on track.

Ron, is that you????Iger isn’t who I thought he was, I’m sorry to say. He actually doesn’t know what he’s doing. This is going to end badly.
Meh. He’s maintained the silence the state desired showing there’s still power in attacks. You're joking, right? He's playing this perfectly.
You cannot make this stuff up.

I know this is a small issue in the grand scheme of things and is slightly unconnected. Can the state prevent Disney from holding runDisney events? As the races require roads to be closed.
Normally, I would say he is not that petty. But I think he might be.
Wow, that does sound like something RonnyBaby would do.
Let's hope RonnyBaby's staff does not read https://forums.wdwmagic.com/
The blowback on the runDisney community would be crazy. I am only just starting to get into in-person racing I really hope this doesn't happen.
I think runDisney will be just fine. Here’s a picture of CFTOD board member Brian Aungst Jr.That won't matter to the Board. What will matter is the millions in additional revenues the race weekends generate...and not just from registration fees.
