Zuchini, mint & egg noodle dish in Italy

My husband and I went to WDW a few years back. I think 2013. We ate at one of the two new (at the time) restaurants in Italy. Now, I cant remember which. I had a pretty unusual pasta dish that had zuchinni and mint over egg noodles. I loved it. Something about it reminded me of a dish that my Sicilian great grandmother used to make. But I cant find it on any of the menus now.

Does anyone else remember this? I know its pretty obscure. I would love to get a recipe for it. Been thinking about it for 3 years! I hope its not truly gone.

Tutto Italia did a pasta with zucchini, mint and burrata cheese. Was that it?
