As Zootopia Land was announced for Disneyland Shangai, may be the land being announced for the D23 in August as part of the Animal Kingdom expansion?

I’m summoning @Zootopia Dude to this thread.
The recent Shanghai announcements have given me hope for a Zootopia land coming stateside. While I personally don’t see a problem with Zootopia going into DAK, I do agree it will feel a little bit “off” in terms of theming, as a huge metropolis (even one inhabited by humanoid animals) would just feel out of place in a mostly nature-focused park. The better candidate for where it should be placed is DHS in my opinion, as that park completely lacks a consistent theme. It probably would be more of a “mini-land” than a full land. I can really see this happening once Shanghai’s opens and it’s a huge success.

So in the first of may I say pretty shocking bombshells in this newest episode of Disney Dish JIM HILL has said that the cards are still very much on the table to bring Zootopia to the planet watch (replacing it) say what you will about Jim Hill I thought I'd just pass down the info. Please don't shoot the messenger. He also said a couple of other interesting things so some old threads will be bumped (like this one)

No. It's one thing to have it in Shanghai Disneyland, their equivalent of the Magic Kingdom. Quite another to put a franchise where animals live in a fictional city setting into Animal Kingdom. It would be like putting in Robin Hood because the characters are animals. Using the same logic, Lady and the Tramp and the Rescuers also belong because the characters are animals. Never mind that they live in the city.

And want clones of everything in WDW so they don't have to travel any more than they usually do.
Same reason they want Marvel in WDW. Then they don't have to visit Universal.
