Your Top 3 Do-Not-Touch / Change Attractions at WDW

Excellent choices everyone. My top three would
1. No touching the Tower.
2. Haunted Mansion.
3. So hard........ only one more? GMR is gone. PotC has already been "touched". Test Track was "touched" waayy too much. Maelstrom is gone. UoE, too. So, Peter Pan's Flight - lots of nostalgia there.

I might be the odd one out here but I think every ride will need updates at some point. I'm newer to WDW (don't remember when i went as a kid, only my last two recent trips) and riding jungle cruise I was thinking: I got a FP for this?! The animatronics are ancient. Why ride this when I can do Kiliminjaro? But I know a lot of ppl love JC. Having said that, The people who love it for nostalgia reasons will eventually stop coming to wdw because of age or other reasons, and younger generations won't find that ride fun or interesting. So, I say update them all at some point, even the ones I love like HM, SM, etc.

I picked 3 that I'm always afraid will get closed.
People mover (extend it, give it historical status where you cant remove it )
the land (clean it, maybe add more plants and plus it.. but leave it alone
muppets (clean it, refreshen, maybe even a new video.. but keep it muppets and the overall show)

do we need to include the monorail at this point?

Sadly enough, if TDC will change classic rides (i.e. ToT to Guardians), anything else could be changed. I'm too afraid to voice what I don't want changed because luck would have it, that could very well be the next ride they *cough* destroy.

Agreed!! It's one of my favorites too!! ... and I'm still bummed because they decided to edit the show. Anyone know exactly why this was done?

I welcome posters who want to list their top 3 attractions, but wouldn't mind some upgrades. One of the rules was that this is acceptable if the general theme, sites and sounds remain the same.

I remember starting a thread in regards to the ToT changing, and while the general feeling was the same, I found out that $hapek himself said it's not going to be re-themed. I still don't trust them but it's a little comforting to know this.
