Just copy and paste my list and change the names. Number 1 is the best, 10 is stil good, but not as good as one. You get the idea.

As you can see, I'm a counter service type guy as much as a restaurant. Most of my picks are based more on family tradition than quality of food. However, for me, atmosphere is much more important than the food will ever be, so. Have fun and be sure not to leave out one of your favs! I spent about 25 - 30 minutes going through the official list of restaurants on disneyworld.com. wanted to make sure I gave props to all of my usuals.
So glad to see another Planet Hollywood fan!

1. Victoria and Alberts, hands down.
2. Jiko - yum yum yum, but prepare to spend too much time getting there
3. Bistro de Paris - overpriced and delicious, just like in Paris
4. Chefs de France - great French food and a reasonable price
5. Fulton's Crab House - great atmosphere and good food
6. Le Cellier Steakhouse - dark, dank, and airconditioned meat products
7. House of Blues - Downtown Disney standbye
8. Wolfgang Pucks - although not as good as the Vegas counterparts
9. California Grill - yeah yeah, should be higher some say - service spotty
10. Palio - nice atmosphere, okay food.
Honorable Mention: ESPN Club - great for us sports fans with better than average burgers and barfare type food

It's tough to make a top ten, especially when you haven't tried all the restaurants WDW has to offer. But, I'll toss in my top ten as of today.
10. Pecos Bill Cafe - you gotta love good, quick food.
9. Lotus Blossum Cafe - really quick chinese, tasty too.
8. Boatwright's - a little noisy inside, but all around good food.
7. Garden Grill - they had great breakfasts, I miss them
6. Rainforest Cafe (breakfast only) - the Eggs Benedict are fantastic.
5. Marrakesh - I think the belly dancer has the hots for me.
4. Coral reef - one of the most relaxing places, I could watch fish for hours.
3. Sci-Fi Drive In - The best ambiance on property.
2. Cindy's Royal Table - I'll miss the best rotal treatment I've ever received.
1. Ohana - the caramel and pineapple may seem like an odd combination, but it's to die for.

10. That pizza/burgers place in front of Tower. I love watching the people screaming, eating a large meal, then riding ToT 10+ times .
9. Roaring Forks. It was good, quick and a nice way to end the day.

7.50's prime time. food was mediocre at best, but the atmosphere was awesome.
