EXACTLY Deb! We start every vacation with dinner at Ohana. The first day is always the most special. You are still riding that first day high, the nostalgia is in full gear, no one is tired yet and that meal can't be beat. It's just such a great way to kick off a vacation.
Talk about a Disney high!! You are so right!! I can only speak from our experiences??b However, so many chances to make life long memories, and whatever choices we make, you can't go wrong :)

I have a couple of ADR's I'm excited about for our upcoming trip, but Chef Mickey's is the one I am most excited about. My daughter is celebrating her 10th on this trip, and is a Mickey loving girl. She doesn't know though...shhhh! The other one I am really excited about is La Hacienda. Last time we were at the world, they were still building it.

My must do ADR for our upcoming trip in December is Via Napoli. DH always looks forward to The Biergarten and DD's are excited for 1900 Park Fare!

We enjoyed Via Napoli quite a bit. Our server was awesome.

Our must do ADRs for the next trip is Tusker House (returning visit).. And for something new we want to try flying fish

We loved Tusker House too. It's a must-do breakfast for us.

Boma.. Always wanted to eat at AKL. I can't wait!!

Sanaa is better, IMO; however I have to say it's totally different food. :)

Our must do ADR for our November trip is Ohana for dinner.. that will be the first one when I do my adr's! After that would be Chef Mickey's breakfast and Crystal Palace breakfast.

I am also really excited for Hoop Dee Doo Revue again! I had so much fun last year for the first time, so I cannot wait to do this again!

We had two must-do's...CRT and BOG...AND GOT BOTH!!!!!

DD requested CRT. We were there when she was three (she is 10 now) and she came down with a fever and case of pink eye that morning while we were at CRT for breakfast and ended up at the clinic that afternoon where they diagnosed her pink eye. We never knew she was so let down until this year when we gave her the opportunity to chose one ADR all on her own and mom and dad had to agree and go along with whatever it was...she is a pretty cool kid!

We have wanted to try BOG since we heard about it and were lucky enough to score an ADR for it on our trip in Sept even though we had to juggle a couple of our days around in the parks.

We really enjoyed California Grille last trip and wanted to do it again this time until we saw the artwork for the long bench type seating (ala Denny's) which really turned us off. For a Signature dining experience we felt like we wanted to be insulated by a little more distance from our neighboring tables than just a butt-scoot away.
