I have many.
My favourite is Pirates, but I also like the exit theme to HISTA, and I've developed a liking to One Little Spark, and I also like the UoE theme.
And Soarin'! Of course.
Plus the Country Bear Jambouree (before it was butchered).
And Grim Grinning Ghosts! It's just impossible to pick one.
Omg and There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow...

I keep remembering themes I love!

It sounds horribly sappy, but I literally used to bawl my eyes out on the "descent to Earth." The combination of lights and music was beautiful, and there was time for quiet reflection. Now those touch-screens make me want to cry, and not in a good way.

Soarin' music is also a favorite.

When I listen to Disney radio on my I- Pad in my kitchen,and Soarin' comes on.. Everything stops..I can remember where I am in every scene of the tune,then at the end when the fireworks go off,I grab a towel to wipe my tears ( from the onion Yeh )

Not an attraction, but the Future World loop from EPCOT (my dad to this day points at the "singing rocks" (the speakers in the bushes) and says "See...magic!" Nighttime spectacle wise, Wishes is good but I can play Illuminations on loop at work all day and be happy.

Attractionwise, I love the Hawaiian War Chant from the Tiki Room, any of the Haunted Mansion before you get to the graveyard, Pirates in DL I loved all the music, especially in the caves.
