Good Morning Foodie Fans.Todays Everythingwdisney.com has an article on Disney cook books,I must get me one,but which one? Has anybody bought one and what was the title? All your favourite recipes in one book sounds a great way of keeping your kitchen alive with the tastes of Disney.:)

Here's the recipe for Le Celliers signature soup..Ingredients; 5 cups of warmed milk.1/2 lb bacon,10 tablespoons of butter,1 cup celery,2 red onions finely chopped,1&1/2 cups of flour,1 quart chicken stock,1 lb cheddar cheese shredded[grated] salt to taste,pepper to taste,1&1/2 teaspoons of Tabasco,3 teaspoons of Worcester sauce,12 ounces of warm moose head or pale ale..Here goes..Slowly heat the milk,brown the bacon until crisp,add butter and melt,add celery & onions,add flour& stir to form the roux.add chicken stock and simmer for three mins,add cheese,then Tabasco & Worcester sauces,then at last minute,ad warm ale,garnish with the cooked bacon & fresh chives and serve.

I have a few different books, but I guess Cooking with Mickey is the one I used the most. I say used because I have made my own using the recipes we have posted here in our Recipe thread. :D
