A couple that I miss are Four for a Dollar and The Kristos.

Currently I would have to say the Jammitors are my favorite. With Off Kilter and Mulch Sweat & Shears you never know who is going to perform in the show. The memeber seem to change contineously.

an honorable mention to the Biergarten's Octoberfest.

Also, I may really be in the minority here, but I love that dorky Flights of Wonder at AK...I can almost recite it in it's entirety, but they do a really good job...and when that eagle comes out...takes my breath away.
I think anyone with a soul loves this show. xD

British Revolution for sure.

Of course, it doesn't hurt that I'm usually "half in the bag" by the time I reach the UK Pavilion on Epcot Evenings.

I think there are two good entertainers at Port Orleans. One is Bob the piano player and the other is a one-man band who does a great job with covers of pop hits. One performs at the French Quarter and the other can be found at Riverside. They're both worth checking out

Streetmosphere performers at MGM & 4 for a Dollar even though they are gone. Whose brilliant idea was it to let them go. I never go to B&TB anymore.

You must plan on spending one night at Port Orleans Riverside at the Roost watching and singling along with Bob! A family favorite! Now it's a tradition.

My absolute favorite is Dominic Gaudious at DTD followed closely by Nova Era.

I've seen Dominic a few times... he's fantastic! I've gotta go with the Citizens of Hollywood, though.

Flights of Wonder and Nemo are my only must-dos at Animal Kingdom =)
