The winking hippo in it's a small world just tickles me for some reason.

Also, the reveal of the battle scene in Pirates. I said on our recent trip that I hope I'm never not impressed by it, it's so awesome.

I love the monkeys on the vine, too. :)

Towards the beginning of Splash when you're outside and going past the things like Critter Elixir and such as the instrumental plays.
Stretching Room in HM.
The smell in the Queue of Pirates.
The creation of Figment in the original Imagination

Flying over London in Peter Pan's Flight, seeing the Yeti on EE, hearing the vehicle latching on for the final climb on Splash, the countdown on Rockin Roller Coaster always gets the blood flowing & flying over the ocean in Soarin

I love that the queue of Tower feels like a part of the ride. I also love that moment right before the drop sequence when all of the stars come together with that zap noise and you are sent forward into the elevator shaft.

My other favorite part is on Splash
"PPPPlease don't throw me in that Briar Patch"

To name a few; the songs in imagination and carousel of progress, people mover when you get to see the Epcot prototype has been a favorite since I was a kid.

Off the top of my head?

- Bouncing with Tigger in The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (and it's great that they got Paul Winchell to voice Tigger again)
- The Laughing Place sequence, and the scene that follows it ("Time to be turning around... If only you COULD!") in Splash Mountain
- The outdoor speed portion in Test Track
