Your favorite healthier QS place at the parks?

I know it's Disney and I know it's vacation but what are some of your favorite reasonably healthy QS places to get lunch at the parks. I'm not looking for steamed vegetables or anything. Just not burgers and fries. I plan on eating well at dinner (to get the most out of my free dining). Most of the salads or healthier options at the burger type places are not very good. My favorite is the QS place in Morocco. Yum. What are yours?

Sunshine Seasons in Epcot and Columbia Harbor House in the Magic Kingdom have some good options. I'm with you on Morocco, too. Good luck!

Not old, just vintage.
My favorite quick service option for healthier food is Sunshine Seasons at The Land. There is a lot to choose from and the meals are assembled right in front of you so you can substitute things as needed. At DHS, there is Studio Catering Company that has assorted sandwiches and salads. Not a burger or french fry in sight. In MK, Cosmic Ray's is a safe choice. Bay 3 has some sandwiches and salads. There are also various chicken options at Bay 1. As for AK, I don't stick around that park long enough to have to eat lunch most of the time. Good thing too because I despise most of the food there. If I have to eat in that park, it is generally at Pizzafari and I get the Caesar Salad. If you can stomach the food at Yak and Yeti, I suppose that could be considered healthy-ish food too.

I agree about Sunshine Seasons. It's also a really good value...There is nothing healthy about the drinking fountain.

Sunshine Seasons at EPCOT, Colmbia Harbor House at MK. I also like to the baked potato at the food kiosk infront of the Liberty Belle and Hall of Presidents, they have fresh fruit options too. Good for a healthy snack.

At MK, I always find myself at the Harbor House, especially since they've gotten their new menu.

Epcot is definitely Sunshine Seasons, and Studios is Studio Catering company.

I don't eat CS at DAK, though I enjoy the a sitdown meal at Yak and Yeti, which is only "healthy-ish" (depending on what you order).

The backlot express in DHS has the most amazing grilled veggie sandwich ever. Believe it or not, this QS is our one "must" for our vacation.

I totally agree! :slurp: If you enjoy that one try the grilled sandwich in Sunshine Seasons they either make a Vegitarian Cuban or a grilled veggie flatbread.

I love the Sunshine Season healthy offerings as well as Flame Tree in AK. The fruit plate is good or you can get chicken, broasted, roasted, whatever you call it. I personally don't do the chicken but it looks good, if you like the bones! I like the offerings at Tangerine Cafe and the QS Japanese place...the noodle bowls and etc. :)
