I don't know what it is called, but there is this ground beef with raisins/egg dish served at Boma during dinner that is really yummy.

Beef Brewat Rolls at Restaurant Marrakesh

Green beans - when they're good, they're amazingly good.

Plat de cotes de boeuf au Cabernet avec pates might be my favorite. (In France, obviously)

The Fountain in the Dolphin hotel has a good tuna fish sandwich. :)

:)

If it is ground meat with a sort of egg custard on top, it is bobotie. I have never eaten at Boma, but bobotie is a common South African dish, and it sounds like what you are describing.

And it is pretty good

Hands down - Dover Sole with Toasted Caper and Preserved Meyer Lemon Sauce and Spinich at V&A - ranks up there with the best things I have ever eaten anywhere.

Keeping in mind I am a vegetarian, I would say the Gnocchi with Chanterelle Mushrooms and Black Truffles paired with a Pinot Noir at Victoria and Albert's. Oh. My. God, it so heavenly and the way the wine brought out the gnocchi and vice versa--it was mind-blowing.

I really am disappointed. I have been combing these threads, and everyone says nearly the same thing, you must have a Dole Whip.......Alas, I am allergic to pineapple.
