What is that one experience that means Disney Magic to you or part of the park you visit that is magical to you every time you visit? For me, when I was younger I loved the part of the people-mover that shows Epcot prototype and that is my favorite memory/experience every time i visit!

Checking into our resort in one of my favorite things. I have always loved that moment, since we have the whole trip ahead of us and everyone is so excited to be done traveling. We spend that first day swimming, getting our mugs, and exploring the resort. Always a fun day. :)

Fantasmic is my very favorite attraction. It is so magical, and features so many different characters and movies. It is like the consummate experience between Disney and its fans. Even though it doesn't have Iago in it, and Iago is my top fave character. But it does have Pocahontas & John Smith together, to which I say, "See? Even Mickey Mouse prefers Pocahontas/John Smith to Pocahontas/John Rolfe".

I don't think I could pick just one, and most of mine others have mentioned already. I love getting to the resort and the feeling that you get in that "we're here" moment, at the happiest place on earth! Standing there and watching the opening show at the MK, then walking under the train station, into Town Center, then seeing the castle. Just an awesome feeling! I can't wait t experience them again!

the obvious answer is the first walk into the MK, but for me its the little interactions that make it magical.

We last went in 2013 when our daughter was 6. Totally amazing week, but one thing stood out

After a ride on Pirates of the Caribbean one late night towards the end of the trip, my daughter was browsing the Arribas Bros. cart nearby and fell in love with a miniature glass figurine of a seal. We had one more night in the Magic Kingdom so we wanted to wait until we bought anything so fragile - not the answer she wanted to hear. My daughter was overtired and bit cranky, but the cast member manning the cart made a point to engage her and promise that she would personally save one of the figurines for her and that if she came back the next night, she would be there and have it for her. They exchanged names - "Pirate Amanda" and "Princess L****" - and we went on our way.

The next night, we strolled by the cart but my daughter was no longer in her Bibbity Bobbity Boutique garb from the previous night, so we didn't assume "Pirate Amanda" would remember us. "Pirate Amanda" came right up to my daughter and called her by name and remembered she was looking for the seal. Totally made our day.

I have noticed that the little experiences are what I most remember. Also it seems like moments that are not planned always turn out the most fun. Probably because you have no expectations and the magic just kind of happens.

That's a cute story!

I too love the model of EPCOT on the people mover. But the absolute moment it hits me every time is on the Monorail. "Please stand clear of the doors. Por favor mantengase alejado de las puertas"
