I know you joke, but I actually witnessed someone who felt like this.

I once had a women complain to the person next to me at a Fireworks show for blocking her view. She had sat at a bench in the hub for a couple hours she said, and wasn't going to have her view blocked by someone standing in front of her. She got a CM who told her that the lady next to me was well within her right standing there.
