You have to get rid of and remove/replace/renovate one ride/area in each park, what do you do?

I'll try to keep it somewhat realistic (Maelstrom, Horizons, and Mr Toad ain't coming back as much as I want them). One thing per park that needs to go.....

EPCOT: Mission Space. A new non-ip space themed ride. Blank canvas for Imagineers to paint on. I would also love an Australia Pavillion, considering the travel time to get there.

AK: Dinoland. Dinosaur the ride can survive fine w/o this incongruously themed land. I appreciate Rohde's backstory/theming idea here on a limited budget, but the reality is that no gets it and/or is captured by it. AK needs some fun like a Jungle Book ride/area using that great music.

HS: Muppets turned into a fun dark ride or hybrid like Railway but with more animatronics. How do we not have an animatronic Kermit on a log sinning Rainbow Connection?? Also, I'm a Star Wars guy but can't see Launch Bay taking up all that space with little traffic for too much longer.

MK: Too late now, but I would have liked to have seen Tom Sawyer Island turned into a Tiana Bayou Attraction (that book might be more problematic than Zip-A-Dee Do Dah). Other than that, put a worthy Aladdin ride into Storybook Circus location and get the carpets out of the walkway. Perhaps a Soarin like system riding the carpets or a dark ride with that incorporated somehow.

I love non-ip rides, but clearly some classic music is under-utilized -

Aladdin
Jungle Book
Mary Poppins
Princess and The Frog
Tangled

magic kingdom remove Aladdin's flying carpets

epcot renovate imagination (modern version of the 80s masterpiece with updates and better tech) rainbow tunnel returns

studios renovate muppets (clean it update it)

animal kingdom remove dinoland usa and add a huge omni mover dark ride based on mickey mouse as he guides us through a modern jungle cruise that teaches us about each animal and conservation (yes i know we have safari and jungle cruise) but donald would create hijinks and it would be edutainment with tons of animatronics.
or remove the current "story" of the rapids and make it into chip and dale rescue rangers

I feel like i won... did i win?

Ok here me out....How about replacing Launch Bay and the Disney Jr areas in HS with an external replica of Walt Disney Studios in Burbank - like this...

or the Vancouver version if you want the hat back....

Inside could be a dark ride outlining the history of Disney animation, which would go well next to One Man's Dream and could incorporate loads of IP, have an interesting queue, etc...or perhaps a carousel of progress type show finally using a Walt animatronic. This would also bring back some of the more original hollywood studios theme as well.

I'd hate to lose the original signage that exists on the left side of the area, but who knows how long that will last anyways.

That's a cool idea but I want the building gone so that whatever land goes in that expansion can have a looping pathway back to sunset

AK - Some type
of dark ride/water based expansion to Pandora to coincide with the new Movie

HS - Either a Star Wars ride based on the FoP system (can you imagine a trench run attack on the Death Star using that system) OR if the room exists port Arendelle World of Frozen from HK into the park. It would fit into a re-theming of HS as almost being a spoke/hub system where the spokes lead you to various mini "worlds" within Disney (Star Wars, Toy Story, ect). You could even add the cars ride from DL over by the cars movie to build up that area if you like.

Epcott - Some type of Dark ride within the World Pavilion. Maybe its Mary Poppins, but something to give more rides to that side of the park, and help spread crowd between the two areas.

MK. I think its a replacement for the racetrack. I know its a park original, and the kids love it, but in addition to the smell/heat problems it is one of the few rides in MK that we would skip with the kids because you can find go carts in almost any small roadside park around the country. That's not true for things like pirates or haunted mansion.

They'd have to move Frozen Ever After from EPCOT to do this, unless it was only going to be a one attraction land.

I would be ecstatic if they did since Frozen in Norway is such a disaster, but don't see that happening.

In MK: I'd put something in the spot left vacant when Stitch's Great Escape closed. Maybe something like a planetarium-style show about the future of space travel. They've got the National Geographic connection now, so maybe do something with them and get someone like Neil DeGrasse Tyson as an advisor and to narrate it.

In EPCOT: I'd add a ride to one of the World Showcase pavilions. Either resurrect the delayed Mary Poppins ride or add some sort of indoor dark ride to Germany.

In DHS: I'd do 2 things. I'd add the never-built Muppets' version of the Great Movie Ride so the Muppets area has more than just the 1 attraction. I'd also add an attraction to Galaxy's Edge. Make it a dark ride similar to something you might find in an EPCOT pavilion and have it be an omnimover that takes you through the history of the Jedi, themed as if you're in a secret museum hidden from the First Order. Neither ride would be E-ticket level, obviously, but that's by design. They'd have high capacity and give people more to do in 2 areas of the park that need more attractions.

In AK: I'd fix the Yeti, of course - but only after adding some more capacity so that the lengthy refurbishment wouldn't make the park a nightmare to visit for a year or longer. Put a new dark ride in Dinoland where Primeval Whirl was. Make it themed to the underwater dinosaurs and have it either be a boat ride or a dark ride that takes you "underwater." That probably wouldn't fit the theme of the roadside carnival, so have it be considered a part of the Dino Institute and then add some other carnival-type attraction near Triceratops Spin (possibly requiring the removal of the Dig Site, but that's a germ factory anyway and the replacement ride would be kid-friendly).

Epcot: Africa pavilion

Epcot : somehow morph barges and star gate into the return of illuminations - bring back music bring back the story!

Ak: Dinoland re so into something more realistic than a traveling carnival

Also AK: make a slow rail transport from AKL to AK a better way to get to park

I'd love something besides the bus to get to AK from AKL. A train would fit well, especially if it was designed to be similar to the train located inside the park.

F Yeah Chippa!....I like this idea, but prefer it for Epcot, perhaps part of a Mission Space removal.

I think Muppets Great Movie Ride - or any Muppets ride like that could certainly be E-Ticket. Incorporate Kermit singing Rainbow, end in a smaller version of the theatre with Statler and Waldorf with The Muppet Show Theme and could be great....I do fear today's Imagineering would see it as too intensive though.

and of course....demolish whatever you have to at/near the Beauty and the Beast Area/Grotto and bring the Tokyo Beauty and The Beast Ride to MK. I'm not crazy about duplicating new attractions in Land/World - but 100% for it with global parks. SInce it's been built already, they would have to know the budget right? - and it would instantly become the most popular attraction for all ages.
