I can't find my FL resident Annual Pass...I have moved like 3 times in the past year and know it has to be somewhere, but of course where somewhere is, is unknown.

I know that when you go to the Parks they have a way of looking up your pass to see when it exprires, but I just called on the phone and a not so magical guy told me they have no way of looking.

Do you guys know how I can find this out? It will determine whether I fly down to Orlando or not, so I can't exactly wait until I get to the gates. If you know how to find out...which number do I call? Thanks so much!

Bring your Photo Identification. Disney GuestRelations cast can look up and reprint your annual pass free of charge. Don't worry about the guy on the phone, he's silly

Absolutely correct.
I have lost mine more than once and a photo ID at Guest Services will get you a replacement.

From your post I get the impression you're not entirely sure when your Seasonal AP expires. If you need to know whether it has expired before you go, then the person you talked to was correct, they can't [are not allowed to] look it up and tell you over the phone.

Odd as it may sound, there's good reason for the rule... If I were a nefarious type :lookaroun, I could lurk here on the forums and discover who has APs and when they're going to WDW. Then I could call to make sure the APs aren't up for renewal before their trip and I'd have enough information to possibly go to GR and claim to be them, say I'd lost our APs and have new ones printed off. So long as I use them before your next trip, I'd get away with it. Your APs wouldn't work at the turnstiles, but you'd get them fixed fast enough.

As a result, you have to physically go to GR with ID before they'll tell you anything.
